• Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification (KYC) is complete.

4 Betting Rules

When betting on Shubho Win, the following rules must be followed. They apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system fault, the affected bets will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended after it has started, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

10 Account Closure & Suspension
